1. KRT Video/Digital Productions (hereafter known as KRT for the purposes of this contract) will strive to film all aspects of the day, but due to circumstances beyond our control (ie weather conditions etc.) this may not be possible. KRT will always use professional digital cameras on all productions. An extra camera operator is available for which an additional charge will apply.

2. KRT will guarantee the contents of the video/DVD for a period of six (6) months from the date of the final production. But we cannot guarantee that the wedding video/DVD will play on all video/DVD machines and/or TV's to the same high standard, as on our own equipment.

3. If KRT encounters any mechanical or electrical failure or breakdown of equipment during filming and/or editing, which is beyond our control, that causes part of the production tape/disc to become damaged or missing and KRT alone, decide that it should have been included in the production, then only that part will attract a refund, on a percentage basis. A minimum percentage of 5% will be paid. If the damaged or missing part is more serious, then KRT alone will decide to refund all monies so far paid, with our sincere apologies, in full and final settlement and no further claims or liability will be accepted on either part.

4. A deposit of 25% is payable upon booking. The balance must be paid at least one (1) month prior to the date of filming, as stated on the contract and is your responsibility to ensure all monies arrive at KRT before this date.

4a. If KRT does not receive the full balance by the contracted date of the wedding and you have not cancelled using the cancellation form, which is part of the contract overleaf and you still require our services, the full amount must be paid in full, in cash, before we commence filming. Also, because of lateness of payment, a 20% fee will be applied to the outstanding balance, (late payment fees will only come into effect 7 days before the contracted date).
