Order Process:
All orders that you place with KRT Digital Sport (KRT) will be subject to acceptance with these terms and conditions. An order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered will be sent to you after payment has been made. Please note, that the acknowledgement email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from (KRT), but is only imforming you that we are processing your order. Acceptance of your order and the completetion of the contract between you and KRT will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we notify you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
We do not hold details of your order for you to subsequently access them on our website, therefore, please print out these Terms and Conditions and the acknowledgement email for your records.
Delivery:
Delivery charges are shown with the product description and price on the sales pages. Estimated delivery timescales are shown on the main Shop page, and read as follows: (a) From the filming of the event, to the production of the 'Master' DVD, delivery will take approx. 6-8 weeks. (b) When a 'Master' DVD has already been produced, delivery will take approx 2-4 weeks. This is because we do not carry stock. We make every effort to deliver products within the estimated times given on our website. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforseen factors. KRT shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within our estimated timescales and we have no liability once our products have entered the postal system. Please make sure that your address details are entered correctly and accurately. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by inadequate address details.
Payment:
We will only take payment when you place your order. Products are usually subject to pre-order only. This is because we do not carry stock. Whilst we try to ensure that our prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, either by email or phone and give you the option to reorder at the correct price or cancel it, a refund will be given where you have already paid. In the event that we are unable to supply the products of your choice, we will imform you of this as soon as possible, either by email or phone, and a refund will be given where you have already paid. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund any monies paid. Payment can be made by cash or cheque if we are at an event (face to face), or by any method specified in the payment section of the websites ordering system. Title to the products ordered shall pass to you on delivery, provided that we have processed the order and received payment, in full, for all the products ordered. All prices are shown in (GBP) (£) pound sterling, but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your order, either before you receive the product or within 7 days of receiving it, in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. But only if the product is returned with the seal intact and the product is in a resaleable condition. We will not refund the postage or any costs relating to returning a product to us. Once the seal has been broken, any product returned can only be exchanged, (like for like) and only if the product is faulty, damaged or has the incorrect content. You should contact KRT immediately by phone, and follow this up with a letter in writing, preferably by email, within the aforementioned time period. (Keeping a copy for your records.) We regret that KRT cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office.

KRT cannot be held responsible for poor sound quality (ie.Public Address Systems etc.), poor acoustics (due to filming indoors etc.), or any sound problem due to curcumstances beyond our control. KRT will use reasonable endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information on its DVD's and/or website, but makes no representation or warranty of any kind expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding the contents or availablilty of its DVD's and/or website or that they will be timely or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that its DVD's and/or website or the server that makes this information available, are free of viruses, bugs or represents the full functionality.
